1/2 cup jelly or jam of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Fill half of each donut cavity with the batter, add a dollop of peanut butter and jelly, then cover with more batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
