  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, and salt to create the batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little melted butter.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter, placing cooked crepes on a plate.
  6. In a separate skillet, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  7. Layer bacon, ham, and cheese on one half of a crepe, then fold it over.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add sugar to the batter.
  • Can be served with toppings like fruits or chocolate.
