  • 1 pound carrots, cut into fries
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrot fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the coated carrot fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top of the fries.
