  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large crockpot, add the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  2. Add the diced potatoes, chopped onions, and bell peppers on top.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the diced tomatoes.
  4. Add the frozen corn, chili powder, cumin, and season with salt and pepper.
