  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
