  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove from skillet.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add garlic and bell peppers, sauté until tender.
  6. Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili paste.
  7. Add green onions and crispy bacon back to the skillet, mix well.
