A delicious and easy recipe for a comforting twist on traditional white chicken chili that includes turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
