2 cups cooked orzo
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups French onion soup
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup caramelized onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, French onion soup, mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions, olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
