A delicious and healthy pasta dish that combines tender chicken with garlic and parmesan for a quick meal.

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and spinach, mixing well.
  5. Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. Toss until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
