Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans
  • 1 cup diced green chilies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion powder, stirring for 1 minute.
  3. Mix in the shredded chicken and green chilies, stirring until heated through.
  4. Add in the white beans and chicken broth.
  5. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, and black pepper.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
