An easy and delightful recipe for Gyeran Bap featuring turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Push the rice to the side and crack the eggs into the skillet. Scramble them until just set.
  5. Add the turkey bacon back into the skillet.
  6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture, stirring to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
