A delightful dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the beloved crunch of Oreo cookies.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  4. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crusts.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
