A delicious one-pan dish combining creamy tomato sauce, spinach, and turkey bacon for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy.
  2. Set bacon aside, and in the same skillet, add diced tomatoes.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add pasta and stir to combine, cook until pasta is al dente.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Chop the turkey bacon and mix it back into the pasta.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, serve warm.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon and use vegetable broth.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables such as bell peppers or zucchini.
