  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture, mixing well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional Parmesan if desired.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
