  • 1 pound ground turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and sprinkle with salt; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until browned. Add chicken ham and heat through.
  4. In a baking dish, layer zucchini, marinara sauce, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
